This page describes what information we collect when you use Prabhu Talk AI at www.prabhutalkai.in, how we use it, and your choices.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers for marketing. Where we use specialist providers (for example hosting or payments), they receive only what is needed to deliver the service.

What we collect

  • Account: email and basic account details needed to sign you in and keep your session secure.
  • Usage: technical data such as device type, browser, IP, and logs needed to operate and secure the service.
  • Sessions (Talk or Chat): in Talk mode, your voice may be converted to text; in either mode, what you send is processed to generate replies. Treat it as information you choose to share with the service.
  • Payments: when you pay, your payment is handled by a regulated payment service. We do not store your full card number or UPI credentials on our own systems; the payment partner processes that information under its rules and notices shown at checkout.

Why we use it

To provide Prabhu Talk AI: account access, sessions, your prepaid session balance, payments, security, troubleshooting, and compliance with applicable law where required.

Who may receive your information

We rely on trusted categories of providers to run Prabhu Talk AI: secure hosting and infrastructure; sign-in and account storage; conversational AI processing for text and voice; and payment processing. They act on our instructions and for operational purposes only, not for their own unrelated marketing. Some technical steps (for example AI inference or payment routing) may be handled on servers located outside India depending on how the service is provided; we limit this to what is needed to deliver the product.

Security & retention

We use HTTPS and reputable hosting. We retain data only as long as needed for the service and as required by law (for example payment records).

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailing porwalvedu@gmail.com. We may verify your identity first. Rights under Indian law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where applicable) are respected.

Children

The service is not directed at young children. If you believe a minor's data was shared with us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Updates

We may update this policy; the date at the top will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy where the law allows.
