Refunds & cancellations

This policy applies to purchases of prepaid session balance (used to start sessions — Talk or Chat) on www.prabhutalkai.in.

What you are purchasing

You are buying prepaid access to start sessions (Talk or Chat). Your balance is added to your account after payment is confirmed successfully.

General rule — no refunds

All such purchases are final in the usual case. We do not refund for change of mind, unused session balance, dissatisfaction with AI responses, or network problems on your device or connection.

Exceptions (reviewed case by case)

In rare situations, after we review the facts internally, we may choose to correct the situation (for example by restoring your balance) if we find a clear error such as: payment succeeded but your session balance was never added, or the same transaction was charged twice. This is not guaranteed. We may ask for payment IDs, order references, or bank or Razorpay screenshots to verify.

Chargebacks & disputes

Contact us before opening a bank or card dispute. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account closure.
