What you're getting
Prabhu Talk AI is a software experience: AI-generated replies (text and voice) with art on screen. It is meant for personal reflection, not as religious authority, medical advice, or a substitute for qualified teachers or professional care.
Your account
You need a valid account to purchase access and start sessions. Keep your login secure. Access may be suspended if we find abuse, fraud, or illegal use.
Payments & session balance
Your account holds a prepaid balance used to start sessions (Talk or Chat; one unit per session, as shown in the product). Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed by a regulated payment service; its terms apply at checkout. This balance is not cash and is not transferable unless we state otherwise.
Refunds
Paid top-ups are generally non-refundable. Exceptions are only where described on the refund policy published on this website at the same time as these terms.
Fair use
Do not use the service to break the law, harass others, spread malware, or attack our systems.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as-is. AI output can be wrong or inappropriate. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
